Terms of Service and SMS Terms

1. Acceptance
By using truelevel.build, submitting a request, or communicating with True Level Build, LLC (“True Level Build,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. A website request is not a construction contract, guarantee, estimate, or commitment to perform work. Project terms are governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.
2. Estimates and project information
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and project information. Preliminary discussions and website content are informational. Pricing, scope, schedules, permits, warranties, and payment obligations are established only in an executed project agreement.
3. SMS program description
True Level Build’s SMS program provides responses to requested construction estimates, consultation and site-visit scheduling, appointment reminders, requested bid follow-up, and project-related customer support. Messages are sent only after you provide express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. SMS frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your request and project activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. True Level Build does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.
5. Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email info@truelevel.build, or call 919-444-4464. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Supported carriers and delivery
Delivery depends on your device, wireless carrier, network availability, and accurate contact information. We do not guarantee that any message will be received within a particular time or at all. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or communications channels, submit unlawful or misleading content, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, designs, photographs, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to True Level Build and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, True Level Build disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the website or SMS program and update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. You may end SMS participation at any time by replying STOP.
